Ann Louise Bracher, 70, of Ketchum, Idaho, formerly of Hilo and Puako, died June 24 at home. Born in Spokane, Wash., she was a volunteer at Hilo Hospital and Hilo craft center. Private service. Kahea “Uncle Tata” Nawailohi Cacoulidis, 21, Kealakekua died June 23 at Kona Community Hospital. Born in Hilo, he was a chef at the Korner Pocket Bar and Grill in Kealakekua and a prep person at Taco Del Mar.
