Frank John Gigliotti, 64, of Kailua-Kona died June 9 at the Kona Community Hospital. Born in Springfield, Mass., he was an Army veteran, worked for the Social Security Administration until retirement and came to Hawaii May 2002 settling in Kailua Kona where he enjoyed scuba diving. Survived by wife, Carol Gigliotti of Kailua-Kona; and sister, Starnell (Howard) Franklin of North Carolina. Private services planned. Leonard “Nato” Naboa Sr., 60, of Milolii died June 5 at the Kona Community Hospital. Born in Pahala, he was a heavy equipment operator for Goodfellows Brothers Construction Company. He also worked for Willock’s Construction, E.M. Rivera & Sons Inc., and Ka‘u Agribusiness Co. Inc. He was a member of the Operator Engineers Local No. 3.
